Second Day, not bad

Well, I'm impressed with myself. Not only for making a second entry but for only consuming 1700 calories yesterday. My tummy wasn't happy, but w/e. The random nap in the middle of the afternoon helped that I'm sure.

Anyway, another interesting and amazing thing is that my boyfriend is offering to do this diet with me. This could be the start of something amazing or a huge fight, lol. I may enter his weight or something to the like in here if he wishes it so.


Midnight snack - Two cups of cereal - 250 Calories
                           w/ 1 cup of 1% milk - 100 Calories

4Am - Peanut Butter & Marshmallow Sammich on Wheat bread - 430 Calories

"Brunch" after I got up - 2 1/2 slices of fried bacon - 150 Calories
                                     1 1/2 eggs - ? Calories
                                     1 piece of cheese toast - 70(cheese) Calories + 70 Calories (bread)

Snack - 10 Crackers - 120 Calories

Hmm... already up to 780 today, I better watch it.

Gummies - 80 Calories

5 Crackers - 60 Calories

Supper - Mac 'n Cheese w/fire roasted red peppers and steamed veggies = 552 Calories

Snack/Dessert - 2 pieces of toast with apple butter - 140 Calories (toast) + 60 Calories (butter)

2,634 Calories not including the eggs
Eesh. I went over my allotted allowance plus the 500 calories I gave myself in case I splurged.
Great. I think stress and THC had a lot to do with the over-eating. But compared to my usual 3-5k, that's still not terrible. I'll do better tomorrow by not eating before I go to bed even if its at like, dawn.
Its a promise I'm making to myself and I'm not breaking it.
