I started this on a whim because I am very angry that Weight Watcher's Online boasts on their commercials, which I see probably every five minutes anytime I choose to watch TV, that they have a 'free trial' for their wonderful website. And, OF COURSE, everyone who tries it loses at least fifty pounds and looks gorgeous at the slightest ease and had "sooo much FUN" doing so. Well, I checked this out, and OF COURSE, their 'free trial' is if you buy three months at like $60.
Pfft, no thanks.
So, I'm starting this "weight loss" blog to see if I can wield any results. I'll post what I eat, how many calories and how much I weigh at the end of each week, starting with today. I know, its like Tuesday, but w/e.
Weight: 311.6 lbs
Breakfast: Bottle of water - 0 Calories
Alfredo - 290 Calories
2 slices of fried bacon - 200 Calories
Later in the morning: 1 cup of fruit loops w/ 1% milk - 180 Calories
For a snack - Two packs of Davy Jones Gummies - 160 Calories
Lunch - Cup and 1/2 of Fridge Soup - 300-500 Calories
w/ 1/4 cup of shredded cheese - 110 Calories
Dinner - Mini O's & Meatballs - 260 Calories
So far only 1700 Calories today :D Oh mah Gosh! Nice!
So far - 490 Calories. I'm not sure how much I'm giving myself. I thought maybe 2.5k We'll see if that's nearly impossible. This isn't a lean green, you're gonna die diet. So we'll see :] I'm not even sure if I'll keep this up past today!
Update: I think I'll start with 2.5k in Calories. The average daily intake for a person is 2k. If I can keep it to 2k, I will, but I'll allow myself 2.5k if something crazy happens since I usually consume god knows how much. :]
